Having scanned in the QR Code, what other information was exchanged in that transaction? No imagine this already existing and in use tech being applied to access to ATMs, grocery stores, gas station, utility bills. Then image the ESG scoring system that has been in existence for at least 8 years for corporations being applied to individuals. The US as long had it Social Security Number that is being used more and more as a national ID number. Here in Japan we have the “My Number” system that by design will be linked to drivers’ licenses, income taxes, bank accounts, nation health insurance, well everything. I recently read an account of a Chinese national living and working in the US who had to log a certain number of steps through their required health app on their idiot phone in a specied period of time or they would be locked out of their phone. We are much closer to this than we realize.
Only do not know how far WHO can go without U.N. Peacekeepers. Americans are across the country armed. We fruitfully can speak now with meaning and not in a jest Anno Covid Domine but further than this we cannot say. County by county compliance will be had naturally, state by state as well, as with Covid. Florida may not comply and litigate to prevent U.S. adherence.

I would think doing what they did in East Germany to bring down the wall is the 1st level at fighting back (see resources below). It's the hearts and minds level.
These people are more prone to join peaceful prayer marches than take up arms. I would imagine using this method could also incorporate the protect against trans/pedo/pronouns/taking kids crowd as well.
This would include wheelchair jab victims + firefighters + police officer family members if you can get them in these marches. Have coffee w/firefighters to warm up to possibility to join us. Show them victim/firefighter videos of existing firefighters around the world fighting back against tyranny that we're not nuts. It's happening worldwide.
Of course the goal would be to bring on more of the people who are sideliners who are afraid to stand up on their own, but would join the fight if they see more people in large groups. Thinking some people might not want to admit within a one on one basis that they messed up, but joining larger than life saving humanity gatherings might be a better trigger to get them off the fence without admitting anything to anyone. This is how you get masses.
Obviously carrying banners and signs stating "Join the Global Resistance", "No More Injuries", "No Pedo Books in School", "You'll own nothing, eatz zee bugz and be happy!" or whatever triggers thought to join us. I haven't given much thought to this part, but it should be the easiest as many people can put their heads together to come up with some killer mantra(s).
You want the cabal/police to attack what are perceived to be innocent people. Thus, it brings on more people to fight against perceived evil. It's later, if marches don't accomplish the goal, where you activate armed warriors as a last resort.
