Vitamin D benefits health in so many ways. We’ve been taking it for years along with zinc and vitamin C. We’ve added several other supplements since these troubles began, though.

I have no respect for John Campbell...he has been so slow off the mark about these vaxxines, and as for Vitamin D, INDONESIA told us in April 2020 that the people with levels below 20 were the ones that died and those below 30 in ICU.

He just can't accept a scientific study from anyone except UK or USA or Europe...and those published in journals have been financed by big Harma.

John Campbell should not be referred to as "Dr." He is not a doctor of medicine. He is a nurse and addressing him as doctor, while addressing all the other nurses who comment on this issue is deceptive.

How profound. The good Dr C wrote on vit D in january 2020. The vilified vitamin which has over 10 metabolic roles, and is more akin to a hormone given its power in the body.

Get neked & sit in the sun. At least an hour at northern latitudes around midday will be good enough.

p.s. Vitamin D supplements are all 100% a scam. Either plant or animal based. Useless to humans, FACT.

Only sun on bare skin produces the healing enzyme that our own body alone can make.

That healing enzyme was criminally labelled a vitamin by the evil megapharmas, FACT.

Without glasses or sun glasses also has the major added benefit of allowing our own natural haling miracle bodies to produce Melatonin & Serotonin, again naturally at zero cost!

No, it will not. Dr. Ryan Cole pointed out that you can sit out naked with just a tutu in the winter above the 40 th parallel and you will STILL BE DEFICIENT IN VIT D.
