“Results: One population study and seven clinical studies were identified, which reported D3 blood levels preinfection or on the day of hospital admission. The two independent datasets showed a negative Pearson correlation of D3 levels and mortality risk (r(17) = -0.4154, p = 0.0770/r(13) = -0.4886, p = 0.0646).
Del says “Zero mortality at 50 ng per millilitre. If you have this level of Vitamin D3 you are totally protected. Nobody has died with this level!”
For, three years Dr Nepute defended his actions in recommending Vitamin D plus zinc. The Federal government knows that they can’t win. The process is the punishment.
Poor Dr Nepute had to sell up 5 million bucks worth of his life savings to defend himself against the DoJ. Successive judges reacted to a request for a summary judgement from the DoJ by saying “yeah, the summary judgement will be against you”.
The DoJ offered a deal. Three parts. After moving the trial for months, submitting a 1,000 page document, then arbitration with multiple judges – who said no way would the DoJ win.
1. Two weeks before trial – once the DoJ loses, they will appeal.
2. Gag order – Nepute can never speak or practice again but gets his legal costs ($5 million plus damages of maybe 25 million?).
3. Get your freedom, drop the case, letters for banks to reinstate (he was debanked) plus a letter to insurance companies to reinstate – but with no money.
This is what evil tyranny looks like. Not a fair and speedy trial by peers – trial by the Cult.
Final note. There is another battle being waged against nutraceuticals. The FDA and equivalent in Canada is trying to ban naturopathic treatments unless they have been submitted to double blinded clinical trials in the same way as other drugs approved by the FDA.

Lack of VitD makes people susceptible to all sorts of health problems. We know the vast majority of those alleged to have died from cv19 didn't die from cv19 at all. Probably no-one did. So this is bs for me but thank you all the same Peter. Taking supplements is also not without risk unless you're really sure where/how they're manufactured. Too much vitD3 can also cause joint problems apparently and it's also used in rat poison. Best just to spend more time in the sun. I notice also the "fact-checkers" are now pushing vitD.
