Thank you PH.

Takes the expression " A train wreck" to a whole other, dreadful & terrible dimension.

A little more here:

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine says section of Sulphur Run stream near train derailment still heavily contaminated, but that section has been dammed and clean water diverted around polluted area

https://www.newsweek.com/did-ohio-governor-mike-dewine-reject-fema-aid-train-derailment-1782136

"Ohio Governor Mike DeWine spoke with officials at the White House early this morning to address the need for federal help. As a result of this conversation, the Governor has requested assistance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health and Emergency Response Team, and the CDC to provide on-the-ground assistance in East Palestine," DeWine's office said in a statement on Thursday.

However, the statement went on to note that FEMA has advised DeWine that "Ohio is not eligible for assistance at this time."

I'm quite willing to accept that there has been a major pollution incident in East Palestine, Ohio. However, I do require something better in the way of hard evidence than some guy poking a stick into a stream and an oily substance rising to the surface. This could be 'just' oil, or diesel, or anything. C'mon, we need quality independent chemical analysis of rivers, streams, soil and air. Actual data.

Do you even watch the news?

Like the actual train derailment.

Like the controlled burn.

Like the mushroom cloud of toxic material.

No, I don't watch the 'News'. I gradually assimilate the facts from alterative sources. Yes, there was a train derailment, yes there was supposedly a 'controlled burn' of vinyl chloride. Why, I don't know, because the original plan was to just release the vinyl chloride from the cars because apparently it was in danger of exploding. So who authorised the 'controlled burn' - which didn't look very controlled to me. All this is irrelevant to my point: we need hard data on the extent of the pollution, not silly videos.

If it wasn't for those "silly videos," the story would have been buried by the Biden regime.

It is citizen journalists, using social media, who are getting the word out.

Nick Sorter on Twitter, was the first one to show the rainbow colored sheen on the water.

You misunderstand me. I am all for citizen journalism. BUT, we must ALWAYS be cautious whenever supposed evidence is presented to us, by anyone. This COULD be just oil. I'm not saying it is, but I do require more convincing evidence of actual pollution linked to the derailment than this video provides. What I'm saying is we need far more robust evidence of pollution than this.

Biden's EPA will lie and tell us everything is OK.

Just like how the CDC and the FDA told us the covid death shots are "safe and effective."

At this point, I do not believe anything my government tells me.

And the company hired by Norfolk Southern Railroad to test the air and water, has the reputation for manipulating results to benefit the company that hired them.

I know. I'd like to see independent analysis of soil, water and air samples.
