From the “Get woke, go broke” files – UK local councils - many on the brink of collapse - splurge on “diversity, equity and inclusion” hires and policies as they neglect social care for residents
Regular readers will know my view that the billions upon billions spent on climate change = “Net Zero” – policies are based on faux science that provides no benefit.
Well, another key component of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals being used for global domination aside from the “Net Zero” part of “Climate Change” is “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” (DEI).
My view of DEI is that “Diversity” means the removal of existing workers (mostly white), “Equity” means paying non-whites the same as the highest paid whites being displaced and “Inclusion” means hiring as many non-whites as possible.
In other words, it is as racist and bigoted as the polices advocated by BLM. DEI policies invent a victim class and pay reparations by overpaying unqualified, less experience and less competent people to do a job that used to be important. The result = a decline in quality and value.
As you read the extracts from the article, keep in mind that these DEI hires are creating victims, installing them in jobs, overpaying them, increasing the work load of colleagues AND their policies are creating distractions via a whole raft of meetings, memos; follow-ups, calls, emails, AND are creating a work atmosphere laden with resentment for everyone affected. The policies are pushed out in schools along with all those “Net Zero”, faux science, climate change propaganda pieces.
Those pushing these toxic polices also pushed the toxic injections into children.

The “official” woke newspeak is:

"In many cases, in order to ensure they are meeting these duties councils will hire specialist staff.”
There are laws on the books preventing NEGATIVE discrimination of the basis of race, colour, creed, sex and age. There is no need for enacting POSITIVE discrimination policies which are just as obnoxious as the negative discrimination laws already on the books.

By “EDI” I assume it meant to say “DEI”, but you can never tell.

You would think that if there was demand for a new government department it would be one that addressed tens of thousands of unexpected deaths and providing for reparations and addressing the harms of C19 mRNA injections, right?
Moving on.

Note that the woke DEI policies are just one example of the money wasted. “Net Zero” policies within local UK councils are more, directly and indirectly, pervasive and expensive 1for example, 5 minute cities and Ultra Low Emission Zones that serve no purpose and are based on the “faux science” of the Cult of Moloch.

“Labour-run Luton Council has nine equality diversity and inclusion coordinators, seven full-time and two part-time positions and five vacancies at a cost to taxpayers of £451,399.”
“Bristol, where a bronze statue of merchant and trans-Atlantic slave trader Edward Colston was toppled, defaced, and pushed into the city harbour in 2020, employs 16 woke staff at a cost of £418,170.”
Here’s the backdrop for UK councils taken from a left wing propaganda news outlet, the Guardian..

People can be reassured that whilst councils can “collapse” they cannot go bankrupt!
“Vulnerable people left alone in rooms for 24 hours a day and denied showers for a week as number of vacancies grows to 165,000”
That’s just care homes. There are many other social services that councils are obligated to provide.
Enquiring minds want to know how many staff were sacked for refusal to inject toxic C19 mRNA injections, how many died or were involved out of work because of taking the injections and how many people would not consider social care work because of injection mandates STILL in operation.
Those “More than 1,300 staff members have attended unconscious bias courses” could have been employed in local social care where they could have a direct impact on improving quality of life for those in need.
This diversion of resources away from the delivery of most good, epitomizes the entire “woke” culture. Rather than helping, it hinders, creates high costs, displaces worthwhile work, reduces quality and creates misery, despair and resentment.
Such is the objective of the Cult, from the transient leadership of the G20, through the UN, the WHO and into every walk of life via its organs and tentacles – Marxism. Maoism and the Cult of Moloch.
