Ahh, the tired illusion of perpetual energy from a spinning "frictionless" wheel...I thought we'd somehow got past but obviously not. Educashon ensures the scintillating inspiration of a spinning future to no where. Reminds one of the huge flywheels on steam traction engines.

Safe, redundant, reliable and scalable modular Thorium Reactors is the real answer for cost effectiveness, efficiency and long term stability but their agenda for control is founded on continual chaos and crony insider looting.
I am thinking "atural gas" until buclear power generation!
