ordinance/resolution results highlights the purpose of constitution to nullify Federal mandates – a firewall that allows States to decide, not remote agencies like the WHO (Section 10) or the Federal system

WHO take-over of health policies – rife with corruption, firewalls against POTUS signing any agreements or treaties.

Boards and Sheriffs have the authority. Make sure people in government know that lots of people are not “like minded”. Blocking an outside agency (WHO) from dictating health care provided at the local level.

No dictates accepted by any international body (WHO) – now the Sheriff must pay attention to the Ordinance – Sheriff must say “NO!” – that is unconstitutional!

WHO decides about health in general – they could, for example, mandate any gun owner is a mental health risk. Any issue could be determined as a health issue if the WHO so decides.

Resolution:

Piece of cake – get together with others – circuit judges, professors, livery council, local attorney, doctors

Cliff Notes:

1.      The right to no medical mandates – mandates for experimental treatments are illegal

2.      No discrimination – if you did not get vaxxed, you cannot be refused hospital treatment

3.      Informed consent – censoring ivermectin, clinical trial discussion – CYA resulted in harms by doctors fearful of losing their job

4.      Right of personalized care – repurposed meds, shortened C19 could have happened, but 5-10 day  forced “at home” waits resulted in 90% fatalities because meds withheld.- oral supplements could mimic IVM and HCQ but were denied.

5.      Right to exclude third party interference. Rights given by God, not government. Test health care rights against any medical agency.Remove “unless compelled by state and federal law” removed from the resolution – that is an unconstitutional – a nuance “not mandate” – get state officials to state that – 50% improvement, not yet fully worked out.

6.      Right to not be refused care – family be around

7.      Right to free movement – no vaxx passports

8.      Right to a medical advocate to represent you.

9.      The right to forego quarantine.
