Watched a video of Dr Mobeen with Dr Pail Marik. Marik said only eat food that actually looks like natural food, nothing processed at all, like snacks or even carbohydrates. Luckily he did not comment on beer! haha .

I don't even intend ever going to the doctor again unless I break a limb. I won't ever trust the medical system. I take care of my immune system very seriously
