I think you'll find its far higher death toll to AZ shots than even Rancourt has suggested at 3.7 million, then extrapolated up to 20 million. Vaxx status probably won't be kept, but, as I understand it, the Aadhaar system has been in place for over a decade and has a billion people om it.
Maybe they don't reconcile, or can't, to death certificates..
