The “mask of revolution” documentary shot in Ukraine in 2014 has footage of Biden in Ukraine in 2014. Soros is there as well and many more international figures. And there is also footage in the documentary of Biden with one of the worlds most prominent nazi leaders. Oleg Tyagnibok.
Yes Biden has been doing bioweapons research in Ukraine and designing viruses to be able to target certain nationalities.
But that’s not the only place. Other Baltic countries also have USA bioweapons labs too
