Interesting discussion between Meryl Nass and James Corbett – the “end run” round the Constitution and procedures means the amendments to IHR 2005 due for a vote in May 2023 have no legitimacy
From here:

There is a lot of content in the one hour video.
My three key take-ways were:
1. For the amendments to IHR 2005 – only a sun-committee with a Japanese chair agree the amendments – there was no vote of the 194 member assembly of the WHO’s governing body the World Health Assembly – so, unless there was a vote of the World Health Assembly to delegate authority to the sub-committee, the amendments have no legitimacy and cannot be voted on in May 2024.
2. The EU is NOT a signatory to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and so has no authority to act for its 27 member states, unless they to have formally agreed to delegate their negotiating position to the EU.
3. The Constitution of the US delegates all powers not articulated In the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to the States, Health is not articulated in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights and we already know that, for example, abortion rights are a matter for the States, not the Federal government – the US government has no authority to negotiate on behalf of the US on matters of health.
End run!!! BOGUS all the way down!
Onwards!
