It is my understanding that the next court is the Appellate Court then the highest court in the State - the Court of Appeals - then SCOTUS - don't quote me though!
I haven't yet seen whether the States attorneys are appealing.
Why has not the US Supreme Court taken up this issue for a Nation wide ruling !!!...Just sitting on their hands and doing little to support this Nation with this continued egregious display of over-reach by the Prez and Cin
