I downloaded a free copy of entire book a couple of years ago. Have been intending to read it since. Only got through a third of it, so thanks for this. Very useful, particularly for younger family members with young kids. I find they're starting to become more receptive to info like this.
One of the best books to come out of this decade. It was published four years before the COVID EVENT and is unassailable ,having been written with the Abusers own information.
This reminds me to ask for my copy back from the Doctor who borrowed it.
