marie curie, red cross, medicins sans frontier, salvation army might have the relevant organizational set-up.
the key will be either setting up a givesendgo to collect contributions and pay for cleaners/shoppers/nurses/doctors/admin staff/plus money to cover household bills/drug and treatment cost or make it all voluntary/pro bono/a charity.

Another detail, the green sabotage of our economy, consisting mostly of blockage of new pipelines, has cost us about $200 million in lost oil revenues. Steve Allan has tracked $1.3 billion in largely USA money from woke donors that has financed criminal green groups, funnelled through the Tides Foundation etc to do that sabotage.
So yes, Alberta could easily finance COVID-19 care packages for Canada and the USA, that would be pocket change. Compared to our lost oil revenues, we could do the planet. 😊
