It is one thing to make sufficient doses for a few tens of thousands of injections - it is quite another to assume that manufacturing billions of doses - via packaging, freezing, transporting, dethawing, getting people untrained in the dethawing to inject in car parks or buses.

The correct thing to do is STOP ALL INJECTIONS IMMEDIATELY, quarantine all doses, inspect all parts of the supply chain ivvolved in the prodcution of doses in vials.
