All taxation is theft and the French want their money back for years of taxes that take almsoy 50% of economic activity as measured by GDP. Not income, activity.

Every working man, woman and child works 180 days a year for the French government.

Well, not true, the number of French employed is 30 million out of a population of 66 million – so those in work actually just work for the French government.
