All taxation is theft and the French want their money back for years of taxes that take almsoy 50% of economic activity as measured by GDP. Not income, activity.

Well, not true, the number of French employed is 30 million out of a population of 66 million – so those in work actually just work for the French government.
Guess what, official statistics show the French government is responsible for 57% of economic activity.
