They own the prosecutor, judge, and will probably own the juries also. The rule of law is now that nearly everything is against the law so everyone could be charged with something. But the ruling class gets to decide who gets prosecuted and who gets a free pass to keep up the true crime.
This is just the first stop on the way to the Supreme Court. If they don't or won't set the law correctly I guess we'll have a revolution. No other way to look at it.
The various appellate courts will have their say too, but it will be decided at the Supreme Court, and with it the future of our country, if it has a future.
