I have posted a few articles recently about the insane pay awards to local authority bureaucrats in Manly, Australia, awarding its bureaucrats exorbitant salaries and imposing massive city taxes.
Well, Chicago has been a corrupt cesspool since before I was born, & that was many moons ago! 🫣 And the largest teacher unions in the US are about as left as they can be. The higher the teacher pay, the worse the results in the classroom. Public schools have been a mess since at least the mid-60's. I'm sure there are exceptions, just not enough of them. Very thankful I didn't have to attend one.
