My understanding is that vaccine manufacturers and their employees are immune from liability -- civil suits. Are they immune from criminal prosecution? If fraud can be proved, they aren't even immune from civil liability. Also, just because the feds choose not to prosecute, that doesn't prevent states from prosecuting violations of state law.
