The Maori Elders of New Zealand (Maori rulers for the last 700 years) decide that the Government of New Zealand is guilty and sentence it to up to 10 years in jail

So far this is all moot, since no-one is enforcing any decisions arising from legal proceedings. I suspect that many in New Zealand will regard this as a farce and not worthy of attention.

“The first case was brought by the members of the WMG on behalf of all the people of New Zealand. The trial dealt with alleged breaches of the sovereign law of He Wakaputanga, the 1835 Declaration, and crimes of genocide and against humanity.”

“On 11 August 2023, four high-ranking New Zealand government officials were summoned to appear before the Court to have the charges against them confirmed. The four accused were former Prime Minister Christopher Hipkins, former Minister for the Public Service Andrew Little, former Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield and Medsafe Group Manager Christopher James.”

I wonder why Ardern and the criminal justice and health systems were not also indicted.

Anyway, after some intervening steps:

“Hipkins, Little and Bloomfield were sentenced to 10 years in prison, liquidation of all their assets, banned from holding office in the future, banned from leaving New Zealand and to be further investigated for crimes against humanity.

James was sentenced to 5 years in prison, liquidation of all his assets, banned from holding office in the future, banned from leaving New Zealand and to be further investigated for crimes against humanity.”

So presumably, the prison terms related to breaches of sovereign law and genocide, as the crimes against humanity are to be further investigated.

Sounds serious, but wait, there’s more!

“In September, WMG also held a Tribunal during which 118 Members of Parliament were accused and found guilty of supporting and facilitating the actions of the four convicted criminals above.  All 118 were sentenced to between 3 and 10 years in prison, financial penalties, banned from holding office in the future, banned from leaving New Zealand and to be further investigated for crimes against humanity.”

Which means that 118 MP’s should be in jail right now.

“Following the evidence heard during the trial of the four criminals and the tribunal of 118 Members of Parliament, on 17 October 2023, WMG issued a statement prohibiting the importation, sale and use of the mRNA BioNTech medical technology and all derivatives.”

Amen to that!

New Zealand has 120 members of Parliament, so it’s all of them bar 2 – I suspect Winston Peters is one of those not charged. He is the leader of the NZ First party.

Most historians consider that the Maori settled New Zealand back as far as 1320 – the article goes into detail on the interaction with British colonists in the early 1800’s.

You would have to admit that the track record of the New Zealand government during the time of the scamdemic lends itself to the legitimacy of the claims of genocide and crimes against humanity. The Maori have asserted what it considers to be its right to prosecute, confiscate assets and sentence.

Reiner Fuellmich, recently subject to rendition and imprisonment from Mexico to Germany, was in New Zealand recently making the case for the prosecution.

Of course, for the prosecution and sentencing to have effect, there must be enforcement. So far, there has not been any move on the Parliament building called the Beehive, to arrest either the 118 MP’s or the five named miscreants, rendering the whole process moot.
