Case filed in Federal Court – it includes Daszak’s family ad a few others PLUS 100 John Doe’s so that many other plaintiffs can be added later.
A whistle-blower EcoHealth Alliance provided a lot of documentation for the case.
EcoHealth released a press statement a few days ago here:
“April 12, 2024 – There have been a series of recent news reports about emails between EcoHealth Alliance and staff at the National Institutes of Health (e.g. https://nypost.com/2024/04/11/us-news/whistleblower-shares-more-covid-origins-emails-fauci-adviser-allegedly-concealed-on-private-account-house-panel/). These reports do not show the full text of the emails in question, but allege that they are part of a cover up, or represent inappropriate communications. EcoHealth Alliance is releasing the full text of these email chains here. Contrary to the news reports, they show clearly that EcoHealth Alliance was appropriately communicating with senior staff at the NIH, or who formerly worked at NIH, to try to identify ways to reinstate a grant that had been terminated unexpectedly and arbitrarily, then suspended with onerous conditions. The grant was subsequently reinstated by NIH, and EcoHealth Alliance is currently working under this grant to conduct critical scientific research to prevent future pandemics. A motion to dismiss was not filed immediately, rather a 50-day extension was requested.

Neither Daszak nor EcoHealth Alliance are protected by the Prep Act. The case may survive dismissal and will require DISCOVERY of records, emails and text messages!!!
Daszak might claim it is all secret sauce and cannot be disclosed because US military secrets – all about dodging Obama’s ban o gain of function research.
