“The Process is the Punishment” – call it the Deep State, the Swamp or Socialist/Maoist dictatorships in general, unaccountable State bureaucrats are in charge – an example from the EU

Here is a brief outline of the draft report where I have highlighted just two issues out of hundreds that are problematic – One Health and the Pandemic Treaty – showing how the EU Parliament is fully behind these concepts

This backing is despite not a single one of its Members of the EU parliament ever campaigning for these measures or canvassing them to the people they represent since they were being discussed at the WHO.

A feature of the report is the complete absence of any objective facts describing items such as Number Needed to Vaccinate to prevent either a case, a hospitalization or a death OR the harms caused by the C19 injections - particularly the Astra Zeneca injection OR the trillions of Euros extra government spending OR the trillions of Euros of lost economic activity OR the relative performance of countries handling the pandemic - e.g. Sweden, Haiti or Nigeria. Everything is virtue signalling OPINION driving a political agenda. It is not about health or about the criminality of the EU - especially EU Commission President von der Leyen text dealing - around granting immunity from liability to the big pharma crime cartel and over ordering billions of useless and harmful “vaccines” (after changing the definition of “vaccine” to include gene damage.

Pages 3 -7 (5 pages) lists rules and regulations that the draft report  describes as “having regard to”. I doubt any European parliamentarian has read more than 10% of them, let alone had a hand in crafting.

My bet is that identical legislation has either already been passed in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, India and probably every one of the 194 member countries of the WHO.

From the “Introduction and Overview” starting on page 8, there are 274 points that contain lies and distortions that rewrite history (embedding changes to definitions of vaccines, for example) and whitewash any accountability for harms caused by lockdowns, masking, social distancing and injections.

The body of the report with those 274 points is broken down into sections:

Introduction and overview – up to point 17

1. Health – up to point 110 on page 21– which includes this on the infamous “One Health” approach currently being written into International Health Regulations

d) One Health

81. Insists that COVID-19 and other recent epidemics and pandemics have made it unmistakably clear that human, animal, plant and environmental health cannot be dealt with separately, but need to be addressed in a ‘One Health’ approach; highlights that their interdependencies need to be better acknowledged and require intersectional work using a multi-sectoral, transdisciplinary and integrated approach; recalls that 75 % of human infectious diseases are zoonotic and that the threat of increasing antimicrobial resistance is one of the leading causes of death worldwide;

82. Underline that mainstreaming One Health means better able to prevent, predict, prepare for, detect and respond to global health threats at both global and EU level; recommends that the One Health approach be designed and implemented through public policies,

3. Social and Economic Impact – up to point 186 on page 30

4. The EU and the World – up to point 245 on page 36- which includes this on the Pandemic Treaty

222. Welcomes the initiative of the Pandemic Treaty as long as previous frameworks are assessed first and as long as it follows an ethical approach;

223. Welcomes the leading role of the EU in the discussions on the Pandemic Treaty; notes that the Pandemic Treaty has the potential to change how the global pharmaceuticals business operates in times of crisis;

224. Points out that stringency and accountability regarding international health regulations are prerequisites for coordination at the global scale;

Final recommendations of the report – up to point 274 on page 39

There follows an Explanatory Statement of four pages to page 43, then a list of those that contributed  “ANNEX I: List of entities or persons from whom the rapporteur has received input”

Here is what passed as “Public Hearing on one Health”(note the lower case for “one”) a few months ago.  I am betting that 99.9% of the public of Europe did not even know there was a Public Hearing, let alone where and when it was or knew they could “exchange views” with “experts”. (Page 53 of 56).
