It claims to be a model of "good stewardship," balancing individual liberty concerns with collective health safety concerns. In reality it's a 225-page document to rationalize and justify collectivist authoritarianism, patting itself on the back just for giving voice to individual liberty concerns - that are swatted down later in the document, sometimes in the next sentence, with lots of exceptions and reasons to override liberty. It purports to establish the ethical practice of coercion and manipulation "for a greater good." The ethics dubious when it comes to application rather than theory.
There's even a lengthy case study section on Infectious disease.
It's important to note that the president of the main funding source for Nuffield, Wellcome Trust, Jeremy Farrar, recently was named as the WHO's Chief Scientist.
He resigned from the UK's pandemic response team in protest of the restrictions being too light for his taste, he preferred long, harsh, weld people inside their homes CCP-style restrictions.
Its clear, they want power and dominion over the planet.
They dont live here, not elected by us, not under our laws or constitution.
Clearly over reach status = rediculous.
