The Professor of Evidence-Based Medicine at the UK's University of Oxford, states that as little as 2% of adverse reactions are being reported - an under reporting factor of 50!!!!

Two per cent means the Under Reporting Factor to the UK’s Yellow Card adverse event reporting system is FIFTY.

Of additional note is that one in 16 emergency room visits to hospitals in the UK are related to chemicals and injections – the UK has record waiting lists for hospital treatments.
