Straight out of the playbook of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and WEF playbook. No detail on revenues lost or benefits to Canadians, just the typical sandwich board of screeching chicken littles parading a sandwich board of “the end of the world is nigh”.

The Bill does not focus on the needs or living standards of Canadians – rather the fake science of the hobgoblins in the Cult of Moloch that want their utopia of a world of excited misery imposed ahead of the vastly different utopias of 8 billion people on the planet.

A quick detour to what goes for democracy in Canada. Trudeau’s Liberal Party failed to win a majority in the 338 seat Parliamentary elections – so the Liberal Party struck a “confidence-and-supply agreement” with the NDP – handing Parliament to Trudeau. Elections coming up next year, so we will see if Canadians will continue to get something they did not vote for!

NDP bill would prescribe jail terms for speaking well of fossil fuels | National Post

“C-372, also known as the Fossil Fuel Advertising Act, was tabled Monday as a private member’s bill by NDP MP Charlie Angus”

The Bill has virtually “Net Zero” chance of passing, but is an example of Trudeau’s “politics makes strange bedfellows” approach to power – hopping into bed with a monster raving looney party.

Here’s a little more:

“It is prohibited for a person to promote a fossil fuel, a fossil fuel-related brand element or the production of a fossil fuel,” reads the act.

Violate this as a regular citizen, and the act prescribes summary conviction and a fine of up to $500,000. Violate it as an oil company, and the punishment could be as strict as two years in jail or a fine of 1,000,000.”

That should keep a thousand chicken littles employed “surveilling” social media – main stream media is already heavily censored to only promote government policies and suppress any alternative views and facts.

Back door censorship of all international content of course. All entertainment content in sports, comedy, documentary, movies etc that had any reference to fossil fuels would be banned in Canada. Typical Marist/Maoist/Cult thinking. Make up a law that has no rational basis, recruit a jackboot compliance team, put the jackboot on the throat and virtue signal to sycophants.

Remember, these US/WEF morons are present in every country. They want to be ruled by hobgoblins of a One World government.
