Yes. The medical cartel considers itself "above the law" - it thinks it is the sole arbiter of any crime it commits, any prosecution of that crime committed and punisher of that crime with any sentence it desires.
Imagine if murderers were allowed to deny a murder they committed, the evidence of the murder, its prosecution and sentencing. Ludicrous!
