COVID-19 vaccine efficacy and effectiveness—the elephant (not) in the room

The only reported indication of vaccine effectiveness is the Israeli mass vaccination campaign using the Pfizer–BioNTech product. Although the design and methodology are radically different from the randomised trial, Dagan and colleagues report an RRR of 94%, which is essentially the same as the RRR of the phase 3 trial (95%) but with an ARR of 0·46%, which translates into an NNV of 217 (when the ARR was 0·84% and the NNV was 119 in the phase 3 trial).
An ARR of 0.5% means that one infection is prevented for ever 200 infections actually incurred.
Even going with the 0.8% ARR, injecting 217 people - twice? - results in 20% or so adverse events = around 40 - of which 2 are severe and 1 is serious.
Even with those numbers, the fatality rate is not presented. Amongst just over a 1,000 injected people, getting 2,000 doses, one would be dead from the injection.
For the US, a URF of 40 for VAERS US only deaths coincides with a one death per thousand doses. 670 million doses = 670,00 deaths.. VAERS US deaths = 17,540 times 40 = 701,600.
The UK deaths are higher than one death per thousand because they had months of the 4-5 times more lethal AZN poison.
Running with an ARR of 0.46% begs the question ... I haven't looked closely ... what is the statistical significance of this value? With no proper control it looks meaningless. And in any event, running at negative-risk benefit 0.46% is unlikely to possess clinical significance.
This is akin to mining sludge. The Cleveland study 1 & 2 demonstrated increasing sickness with shots.
I would suggest not being dismayed by the "persistent lies". I would actually be dismayed if they were to somehow stop or even slow down adding to the already mountainous pile of lies they have told. They will never stop lying, ever. They wouldn't know how not to. These are the most pathologically evil minds that have ever existed and they will never back down. They know they are dead if they do.

I for one would celebrate them ceasing to lie and if death is that consequence, so be it!!

I'm not sure how you get an efficacy of even 1%, but, I'll leave it at that.
Let me say this, it is an "HONOR" to be able to refuse this injection they have compounded for me.
