So governments knew that numerous doses of these products would be required to maintain whatever immune response they are after. With a continuing change in dominant strains it still seems completely illogical to overpurchase a product that would soon, they must have realized, become obsolete. I guess it’s just commissions driving the over purchasing and further wasting of taxpayer money.
