Enquiring minds want to know why criminal assault charges have not been laid – maybe there is a lack of proof or maybe some people are above the law.

People tend to associate that word “bully” with mean kids in school (at least I do), but I’ve seen so many stories like this lately over the past several years I’m beginning to think it’s rampant in certain circles.
