The UK has adopted photo ID rules to prevent voter fraud. I wonder how much coverage of this change there has been in the anti-humanist propaganda movement that passes for the MSM in the US and other countries (those that do not already have photo ID).
This rule change doesn't affect your ability to vote postally and it has been blamed for depressing the Conservative party vote in the recent local elections in England. So, it blew up in the face of Maharishi Snake. There has never been a problem (outside of Northern Ireland) with what is called "personation" so the need for this escapes me. The problem with vote fraud lies with the ability to get a postal vote for any reason. This was a Tony Blair initiative.
