The US Department of Defense initiated, manufactured, and distributed a dangerous GMO product on its own population and the people of the world without their consent. They used many subcontractors. The product killed 18 million people and counting and seriously harmed many hundreds of millions more. They knew it was a GMO and they knew it was dangerous from their trials. There could be lasting damage to the human genome. This strikes me as more than a violation of civil or criminal law.

I think you are correct, the IHR proposed by WHO and signed up to by our governments are very very worrying.

I have an unnerving nagging question since the roll out of these products.

And it stems from this.

Last time I looked, Monsanto owned 1676 patents on GMO'd agricultural seeds etc. They own them, the rights to them, their property, end of.

Now, in light of accumulating evidence, including the original Swedish study (in vitro), IF these products alter the human genome of thosewhohavereceivedthem, are they in fact GMO'd and theoretically become the property of those who own the patents?

Weird, I know!

thank you Peter,

a quick note .. we also reviewed Canadian and US GMO laws

Canada is woefully lacking any substantive legislation outside of plant based GMOs or the use of same in agriculture .. almost zero when it comes to therapeutics/biologics for human use

the US does have clear legal requirements for drugs sponsors to address GMO used in biologics/therapeutics, but an analysis of the EUA approval process for the C19 drugs saw the FDA inform the sponsors those legal requirements did not apply, so the GMO issue was completely avoided

.. the basis for the FDA waiving those requirements was utterly flawed and wrong at law

.. it appears they knew and swept the GMO issue aside .. few have picked up this further cog of corruption, but a we are based in Australia, we do not have the time nor resource to highlight this sleight of hand further at this time .. hopefully in due course

thank you for publishing our correspondence above

Julian, you and your team have done a sterling job and deserve our highest praises for it, well done and thank you. I have been following the GMO's story since it first appeared. Could not not post the document on a site so that we can download and read in full? Would be most grateful ....
