Well, lookee here folks - time to move to Moscow??:

I've just paid my annual energy bill here in Moscow Russia. It covers all electricity, heating ([turned] on all through winter automatically from the city), and Water (hot and cold) and rubbish disposal. It cost me €146 for everything for the entire year." “
Maybe this is why the Wes is so anti-Russian… Or rather our government… They don’t want us finding out that it’s actually possible to pay next to nothing for energy.
Yes. I am waiting for someone to call out/refute the maths and the logic. Then we can bust a "crime of the century" and everyone can send to their reps and ask the question "what are you ding about this???!!!"!
Maybe once I’ve moved & settled in properly I will look into getting a petition going with a proper outlet… See if we can get something done about this. Give me a nudge about it please net month…. I have a particular organisation in mind that I could send your data to for them to put out a petition.
