Borrowing money with no intention of repaying it - is stealing. Unless you are a government, in which case those doing the borrowing are transients stealing the future of children.
David Martin has been travelling the world giving much the same presentation for well over 2 years now. Did he say something new here? If so, what? I just skimmed through both parts and it looks like old news to me.
