The rank stench of corruption emanating from the Ultra Low Emission Zone in London – Power to the Blade Runners!
Another smelly wrinkle to the unfolding expensive disaster of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) blanketing London in taxes ,cameras and fines for the privilege of doing business or travelling by road.
As with all socialist/Marxist/Maoist/Cult of Moloch policies, the core logic is fundamentally flawed and the costs of compliance are huge.

“Sadiq Khan's Ulez expansion will add just 13 minutes to the average life expectancy, research has revealed. Research conducted by the Mayor's own team found the scheme's impact will be “minor” and “negligible”.
It predicts that there will be just 1.3 per cent reduction in the average Londoner's exposure to nitrogen dioxide (NO2). The data also concluded that the scheme will add just 13 minutes to the life expectancy of a Londoner in 2023.”
As for CO2 emissions, London has as many trees as a forest in its leafy streets to deal with that.
The City of London strongly advocates for C19 mRNA injections that have been shown to reduce remaining life expectancy by 7% per dose. Thirty years remaining life with 4 doses, life expectancy down by more than ten years. How does that compare to 13 minutes?

The ULEZ racket taxes owners of older vehicles 18 pounds (around 22 bucks) a day to use London’s roads, on top of a 15 pounds a day “congestion charge” for use of vehicles between 7 am and 6 pm Mondays through Fridays or between midday and 6 pm weekends.

“Sadiq Khan has given firms £151.8million in lucrative contracts to track down drivers who fail to pay Ulez penalties and other road fines.
The London mayor has briefed four companies to chase motorists who are dodging the £12.50 daily charge for driving into recently expanded Ulez with non-compliant vehicles.”
Four companies paid 151 million quid to ensure compliance with the “arbitrary and capricious” taxes that serve no environmental purpose. Now I wonder what connection those firms have to the anti0white racist bigot of a Mayor? Blood ties maybe?
I wonder if an intrepid reporter will do necessary legwork to discover and ties with Citizen Khan?

“The squads of debt collectors are also targeting those that do not pay parking tickets, congestion charge and other motoring penalties.
Outstanding ultra low emissions zone penalty notices stood at £255million at the end of last year.
Drivers face fines of £180 for failing to pay the Ulez charge — rising to £250.”
“One bailiffs’ contract for £34.6million is aimed specifically at chasing non-payers overseas.
A second worth £117.2 million has been shared between three companies — debt recovery firm Marston, enforcement agency Bristow and Sutor, and bailiffs JBW.
Transport for London contract details say it wants Marston plus Bristow and Sutor to provide a monthly “persistent evader” report.
JBW’s says it wants the company to “participate in intelligence-led enforcement activities targeting specific individuals or groups”.
I wonder which bailiff landed the chasing down of overseas tax dodgers? Still there is this:
“The ten-year contracts began in 2020, a year after the Ulez charge was introduced in central London.
It was controversially extended in August to include all of Greater London, sparking protests from those with older cars who say the daily levy is financially crippling.
TfL said companies chasing debts “generated their own revenue through fees that are included as part of the enforcement process”.
No doubt the usual terms apply – something like half the recovered taxes or something. Nice to know that the previous contacts were for ten years starting in 2020 and are now extended to the far greater ULEZ.

Those foreign non=payers of ULEZ charges and late payment fines are quite a problem, so lots of overseas travel will be required to catch up with them,
Those outstanding ULEZ for last year were for a far smaller zone. The expansion is massive and takes in the whole of London.
Each of the ULEZ and Congestion Charge rackets are expected to raise around 250 million pounds a year. Rather than upgrade underground tube trains, this money will be spent on expanding the junkets of the Mayor and his bag carriers working for him – including photo opportunities for upcoming election campaigns for his party – Labour.
There is other evidence of corruption to fund overseas junkets for Citizen Khan and his porters in city hall.
There is a growing “Blade Runner” movement that is dismantling the cameras used to enforce compliance on the poor of London that cannot afford the pointless tax.

My fear is that the sheep here in NZ will put up with this with few to no blade runners. But then maybe i'm being a little negative. What is the general population there in London and the UK...feeling about this...are they asleep and paying obediently , apart from the blade runners...what do you think is happening in the general population?
