Just the backbencher tabling the debate and the relevant Minister get to speak, although MPs can make interventions, if accepted. Adjournment debates last 30 minutes.

I hope people in Parliment show hell up.
I hope they actually do have a debate. Or will they just empty the hall and leave Andrew Bridgen there all by himself?
I fear it will be worse - there will be a planned "spouting of the lies" that will take up all debate time.
