So, compare outcomes amongst many cohorts with the same demographics in each country to see what the differences in outcomes are.
I suspect that getting directly comparable "clusters" might be difficult given the racial and starting co-morbidities per age group! maybe compare with Brazil and/or Argentina plus France as well.
