If I wanted to test whether my Frankenstein mosquitoes would help lower the cases of malaria in an area, I wouldn’t release them in a country where there’s NO MALARIA. Someone make it make sense. In January of 2020 - just as COVID was reaching the national stage - France inexplicably (well it's certainly explainable) labeled HCQ a poisonous substance and banned it.
