Will this be followed with personal lawsuits against the individuals in the school board?..... it totally frustrates me that these people never seem to pay personally by losing their job or their freedom

Delicious! Congratulations. I'll wager those with a smidgin of insight that were compliant, conned or coerced will be overwhelmed by their own sense of nauseating self-revulsion. It's telling that those charged with teaching critical thinking appear the least capable of applying it or of demonstrating their mastery. For a regrettably large part, State sector teachers have descended into a rainbow tinted pantomime of ideologically centred parody.

Here are some successes in my area. Please feel free to use the wording in the letters I wrote in your own campaigns:

Well, this is a start! Looking forward to seeing the law suits mount. Nobody should be fired for refusing unwanted, unnecessary experiential medicine, ever!

Health care is personal and private and not to be managed by the gubment or power hungry bureaucrats Ever!

You know the school district will appeal. I hope the teachers win in the end. But the taxpayers are the losers. The perpetrators will never face justice. I so despise this evil world. We the people lose no matter what.

How do you appeal a settlement?

I wonder - could the bureaucrats who fired these teachers be sued in Civil court for emotional distress or on some other legal ground? Totally unfair how they can make such egregious mistakes and ruin people's lives . . . only to get raises and promotions. Make bureaucrats legally liable for their decisions and we'd get a lot less top-down insanity (looking at you, CDC/FDA/NIH).
